Okay, stupid question, but how many calories do you need while breastfeeding? I know that bf'ing obviously burns calories, but in order to keep supply up, do you have to eat more than normal? Same as normal? If you eat less than normal (i.e., dieting), will that wreck your supply?!
I think right now I'm eating a little more than normal, but my weight loss has kind of stalled... would it be okay for me to cut back to my normal, pre-pregnancy amount or less?
