After I had Liam, it took me a while to lose the weight I gained during pregnancy, but I ended up losing it all, plus some extra and was the smallest I've been since college. I gained a tiny bit with the pregnancy we lost, but lost it again quickly without much thought or effort. Then we started TTC again and I went on clomid. Since November, I've gained 10 lbs. I'm still at a healthy weight, but I was so much more comfortable with my body when I was 10 lbs lighter. I think the weight gain is due to the season, the medication, and just not wanting to diet while TTC. Well, I finally decided it was time to make a change, so I started using my fitness pal again, which is what I used to lose all the weight last time.

Do you think it's a bad idea to diet while TTC? My daily calorie goal is 1,400, but if I exercise, I can eat more. Right now I have it set to lose 1 lb per week, but should I change it to half a pound?
