Salmon, homemade french fries, broccoli and garlic toast. Speaking of which - BJ's has the greatest bread ever invented. It is artisan bread with garlic in it. OMG - toasted, it is the greatest bread I have ever eaten.

I splurged and went to the market and spent $60 on dinner ingredients and some premades last night. Pasta salad, crab cakes, seared chilean sea bass, grilled asparagus and mushrooms, side of white rice, and choco-dipped strawberry cheesecake for dinner! NOMNOMNOM

Last night we had leftover pea and mushroom risotto, pan seared sole with Greek olives, and a spinach salad.
Tonight we're doing a big mixed greens salad with goat cheese from the farmer's market, and an omlete with more goat cheese and herbs and veggies (not sure what yet, depends on what we have)

Last night, I made curried chicken legs with carrots and brown rice. Tonight, I'll make pre-packaged chicken and cheese tortellini with sauce and a salad. These days, making dinner is a chore as I'm so exhausted so I'm trying to keep it simple!

Tonight I cooked spur-of-the-moment for the first time in a long time. Thin spaghetti tossed with shrimp, butter, olive oil, garlic and seasoned. yum.
