What's for dinner tonight?!
I know a lot of you are on the east coast; I have family there and some have lost power!! Hope you guys are staying safe

I'm in MA, so we're getting hit as I type, thankfully not as bad as other areas, but still pretty bad. We have power now, so dinner went in early just in case we loose it later. I made beef stew & baked potatoes. Comfort food : )

I'm in Boston and we are getting pounded - lights flickering but still have power. DH requested taco night since it's sort of fun comforty food. I'm rolling the dice though and haven't started cooking -- we have a gas stove....I don't think gas goes out if electric goes out?

I really am too tired to deal with cooking tonight, so it will be something from the freezer.

Hmm, not sure yet. I'm thinking maybe grilling up some chicken legs and making rice and some sort of veggies to go with it. We're having nice weather out here finally. T&P's to you all on the east coast though!

Chicken tortilla soup's been in the crockpot all day. Serving it with portobello mushroom and red pepper melts.

yum.@travelingbrit: lentils, black beans, ground beef, onions, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic, white pepper, and onion herb blend - I just kinda threw together what I had based on something similar my sister made - it's yummy!!

Ughh, I regret our dinner! Cheesy breadsticks and chicken wings. We got a coupon in the mail for this new pizza place and they have this trademark cheesy bread which I wanted to try. But they were SO cheesy and greasy and now I just feel blech.
