I need to pick up a package of paper diapers today (LO has a bad rash from having diarrhea, and we are going to use them on our weekend trip this coming weekend). I'm going to buy 7th Gen.
At her doctors appt. last week my daughter weighed 16 lb 10 oz. So should I get size 2 or 3? Is bigger or smaller better with disposables?

I'd go for the 3's when we get that close to the next size we start having super blowouts

Get the bigger ones. They will keep the poops contained better and any leftover diapers can still be used in the future.

@avivoca: great, thanks. I thought so but wanted to be sure. I used them once when she was like 4 months old and had a lot of leaks and issues. Hopefully it is better this time!
