Well, I've posted here a couple of times that we're planning to move back to our hometown area. None of our friends know that yet. In fact, most of our family don't know, either.

That I'm TTC! I've told very few people IRL that we're trying, but I don't think they know to what extent lol

I tell my BFFs everything, we joke about how embarrassed our husbands would be if they knew all the personal details we share with each other
GOLD / pineapple / 12662 posts
Very few people irl know how horrific my delivery was, and the close call we had after LO's surgery. I have kept those cards pretty close to my chest.

I have a very small group of friends who know about our fertility treatments, etc. I don't think even that small group knows the extent of the testing and treatments and all that's involved.

@psw27: Yep! - Most of my friends don't yet know I'm pregnant that will change in a couple of weeks though.

No one IRL knows I'm pregnant, just the ladies here. Hoping to tell some immediate family if all goes well at our appointment next week.
GOLD / coconut / 8266 posts
Only 10 people IRL know I'm pregnant. That may seem like a lot but it doesn't feel like it.

Tons. I have never uttered a word about my MIL, my delivery, PPD, and lots of other things to my IRL friends ...

Our whole BF'ing journey. The next time I get pregnant, I can guarantee the 'Bee will know waaaaaay before anyone else will! (Except my sister.)

Bees know way more than most friends of mine. I used to be more open about life in general, but have become more private over the years. I feel comfortable sharing stuff with the Bee than other venues.

Only one or two of my IRL friends know about our miscarriage issues. Almost everyone here does.
coconut / 8279 posts
Oh yes, no one knows the details of my postpartum recovery like HB, lol
watermelon / 14206 posts
Some bees know my c section date. No one in real life knows it but DH, DS and my mom.
grapefruit / 4311 posts
Well I don't discuss my CM with my friends like I did with the TTCers! lol

I don't talk about how hard DS2's stuff is with anyone IRL except for DH.

oh yes, but there are also things friends IRL know that i haven't/won't shared here.

Well yeah! A big part of why I come here is because I don't want anyone IRL to know we're trying
wonderful clementine / 24134 posts
Close friends know about my MC's and the current SCH. But bees definitely know more.
eggplant / 11408 posts
My closest friends know pretty much everything I share here, but the bees know much more about my TTC/pregnancy journey than almost everyone IRL.
GOLD / wonderful pea / 17697 posts
Only one or two of my IRL friends know how long we tried to get pregnant or about the miscarriage we had.

@runnerd: lol
I never really talked to anyone about my post partum stuff, I was afraid they'd judge me and knew the bees would understand. This thread makes me love HelloBee even more, knowing what a safe space it is for all of us.
