I always sleep on the same side! I would love to switch but DH is attached to his side of the bed.

Yep, DH sleeps on the left side and I sleep on the right. I prefer to sleep away from the door, so this works for us.

Hmm... this is interesting because IDK any couples who ever "switch sides". I know if I fall asleep towards DH's side, he will push me/wake me up to move over. So yeah, I guess I always have to sleep on "my side".

I prefer to sleep away from the door too! But we had to switch recently because of the way our bedroom is set up, I couldn't fit the pack and play near me

I am totally possessive over my side of the bed. We tried to switch once but it just wasn't the same.

We definitely have our sides at home because I prefer to be closer to the bathroom. But when we're at a hotel, it doesn't matter.

we sleep on the same sides. there have been probably 3-4 times we've switched, but neither of us sleep well that way

We switched sides when we rearranged our bed in the room. I think DH misses his side. I can sleep on either.

Dh has his side so we cant switch. I don't even know which side is mine when were at a hotel, he has to tell me.

Ive slept on the same side of the bed as long as I can remember, luckily DH didn't mind having to switch when we moved in together
Now we have our sides and would never switch! Even when we go to a hotel we keep the same sides. And if DH goes to the couch for some reason I still stay on my side

I usually sleep on my side everywhere we go but we have switched for a night or two. If he's not there, ill move to the middle.

Yeah, we switched when I was pregnant so I'd be closer and it was really weird for about a week.

I like sleeping farthest from the door so that's the side I've always slept on. But... We had to switch when LO was born. Since I'm the one who gets up with LO in the middle of the night it's just easier this way. The other side is against the wall so if I slept over there I'd have to crawl over DH every time.

We would never switch! We went to REI a few years ago to buy sleeping bags that zip together. They have male and female specific ones, but the only ones they had in stock had us on the wrong side. It drives us crazy!
