I have to admit, I do allll the time, but only in private. She has a million nicknames too! I'm scared what I'll be like as a parent, probably one of those people you want to shut up, haha.

I actually said that to DH last night "Did you know when you picked that name how many nicknames I could make off of it?" I call my dog a diffrent nickname every week, she enjoys the variety
I don't babytalk her but DH does. Bad. Like, from the time we get home from work until we leave from work he's playing with her and announcing "She's just a liddle giirrrl" ...for the record, she's a 36lb Siberian Husky. -
Yes. All the time. My cats name is Nat and I'm pretty sure he thinks his name is Huuuuuunnnnnyyyyyyyyyy because that's what I call him more often than not.

Yes, so much. We also have certain little rituals that we have to do/say as we leave the house. I think our pup likes it but my husband and I crack up because sometimes he looks at us like, 'For the love of God, I am a grown man!'

@Bao: HAHA! You are NOT ALONE! We have 2 dogs and we'll have conversations between them...they just stare at us like "Seriously, guys? Seriously?" Which makes it all the more fun!
They both have approximately 455 nicknames and each have middle names for when they're really in trouble

YES! I was just doing this like 5 min ago! I was holding our male Schnauzer, rocking him and telling him how he was always going to by my favorite baby boy cause momma was going to have all girls. PaPa gave me the stink eye
