I run really hot and my baby gets super sweaty in our Ergo.
I think I saw a Lillebaby Airflow at Buy Buy Baby. I will check it out the next time we are there!
Do you have a mesh carrier?

the baby k'tan "breeze" awesome, its a mesh style carrier that looks like a wrap but instead of being one long annoying piece of fabric its just two loops that you cross over your body.

No, but I know Beco makes a cool mesh gemini carrier and a toddler cool mesh carrier.

I have the airflow--it's definitely coolER than some other carriers I've tried, but the hottest part of babywearing is the baby on your skin. I think for max effect if you are going to be out on a really hot day, I would get one of the mesh carriers AND one of those cool cloth things, and put it between you and baby.

We have both the bjorn one carrier in mesh and an original style ergo, and the bjorn is waaaay cooler

Nope. We have a Tula and a Mai Tai and I wore them in the summer in Atlanta. The only aspect I found hot was where DD was against my skin/chest. And a mesh carrier isn't going to change that.

Yep I have the Ergo one! Much better in warm weather than the original.
