I have tons of huge purple stretch marks all over my stomach, thighs and breasts thanks to my two pregnancies. I do not believe that they will ever totally fade. Do you think yours will?

I still have mine at 18 months pp. They've faded, but are still there.

@Beyond2: mine were angry purple-red and deep. They have all faded to white (even whiter than my skin) but the texture of the skin is still bumpy all over.

I've never had a kid, but unfortunately I do have some stretch marks. They have faded to a clearish color but you can definitely tell they are there. I try to forget about them.

Mine have faded to white, but I think they will forever be pretty noticeable.

Not disappear, but after my first LO they faded a lot. It took awhile, but it did happen. And I just got different stretchmarks in different places for LO #2.

They didn't disappear but they blend in now and aren't as obvious as when they were red and purple.

It's been two years and they have definitely faded, but they won't ever go away. They are a very faint white, but I think it's the texture of them that now has the more displeasing appearance. Stretch marks come from collagen tearing, and there is no way to repair torn collagen, unfortunately.
I think whether they "disappear" depends on how many you got. I have them all over my midsection, thighs and hips, so they will always be visible. But on my sister, you can't hardly tell she ever had them because they were so few and very low.

Mine are huge and dark red/purple. I don't think they will ever be gone; but I do think they will fade a little. The stretch marks I got from puberty/growing faded.

No, they aren't fading any more than they have. I'd say they faded a good 80-85% since, but now that I am 17m PP, I think what I've got is it for life. I'm ok with it. They are very low and very light.

No, I think I'm stuck with them for good even though they've lightened up quite a bit. I've accepted it. It is what it is!

No, I unfortunately have stretch marks from growing very quickly as a teen (breasts, lower back, even my shoulders from growing so tall so quickly) and they have faded to a silvery white. They are recessed in my skin and you can feel them, but I try to forget about them. I do tend to cover up more though.

I don't think stretch marks ever disappear. But they definitely fade. Mine were large angry purple lines and now they're more a silvery white. I hardly notice them, but they are definitely still there!
