I don't buy them very often, but I'm always excited to redeem them when I do! I bought one a couple of months ago for a 3-hour house cleaning and redeemed it today. DH just texted and said our house is cleaner than it's been in months. I can't wait to get home to a clean house! I'm definitely going to be on the lookout for more house-cleaning deals.

Not very often. My mom buys them ALL the time - they go out to dinner once or twice a week, and always have a certificate.
I think we might be buying tickets to see Rent from a wagjag for our anniversary!

Occasionally. Only if it is a place that we regularly go anyways or somewhere we've wanted to try. I don't buy things just because they're cheap if it isn't something I'd usually do/go to.

We only buy them now for things we need or will definitely use. Usually its like a 3-oil change package at our usual garage, a discount at our favorite Indian restaurant, or most recently, online traffic school DH needed to get for a speeding ticket.

I buy a few a year, mainly restaurants, salon's (mani/pedi), and massages. Have gotten such great deals, so I find them worth it, but I do agree with my inbox being flooded with them. I just ignore most of them.

@lawbee11: Ack! I've been so good since I've unsubscribed because I had been buying a lot. But I just had to look, because of this thread. I bought 5 crepes for about $14 bc of ebates and the 'buy now' timer discount. Woohoo!
Then I came *this close* to buying a cleaning deal I (almost) couldn't resist but double checked with Yelp and deleted my cc from the system. Gotta stay away from Living Social. Just redeemed an expired voucher for face value on Friday when a friend treated me for dinner. It helped to offset the cost at a nice restaurant. Obviously, not a necessity though!!

I usually buy Groupon deals for canvas picture printing to give as gifts to the grandparents. Other than that, I never buy anything else from there.

I used to, but not anymore. My mom is obsessed though, and gives me all the extra dinner ones she can't use before they expire. Its the only way hubs and I have a date night these days!

I used to, but then I kept letting them expire! So I unsubbed from all those sites. DH still buys them occasionally for a bike tune-up or something small.
