Do you call or email your Doctor when you have non urgent questions or concerns in between visits? Are they good at getting back to you?

I call. I dont even think they have an email option

I'd call. I don't think they provide email addresses.

My doc only takes questions online through their secure message portal. He gets back very quickly.

I leave a voicemail with the nurse's line. Someone gets back to me very quickly! They don't have email.

I call. There is no email option. I would rather get answers right away anyway.

LOL, I just got a response to my email I sent 2.5 weeks ago. Good thing it wasn't urgent!

I call...don't think there's an email option. But if I expected a prompt response, I'd feel more comfortable talking to someone/knowing that a message was actually left.
