Our son caught some sort of sore throat/fever/cough at school, and both Bee and I got it, one after the other.
I used to catch everything the kids caught, but recently I've had a much stronger immune system and have rarely been sick. Let my guard down though, and caught this one.

No thank goodness! The house would fall apart if me and the kids were sick at the same time

Lately (knock on wood), I haven't been getting what he has, but for the first 9+ months he was in daycare, it felt like I was getting everything! We were both sick sooooooo much!

Yes, sicknesses always take the whole family down. If it's bad enough for the kids to get sick, we usually catch it as well. The last time we were all sick was with strep and that SUCKED!!!

DS1 only gets sick a few times a year, and we may have only caught it from him once or twice.

Not usually, but I did when I was pregnant. I hated the way my immune system really crapped out while I was ku.

I catch absolutely everything that the LOs I nanny get, and it seems to take me much longer to get over things than it takes them.

I catch everything my daughter gets! I didn't even know adults could get Hand Foot Mouth disease and I've had it TWICE this year. Somehow my husband missed it both times.

If it's a cold, I can usually knock it out w/ Zicam before it becomes a problem. Stomach bugs are a whole other issue.
