I rarely used to contact any companies, but now it seems like I am contacting a company at least once a month. First it was about diapers, then a food item, now Toys R Us for cancelling my dresser order with no reason as to why. I'm usually a pretty laid back person and let things go, but I've felt like lately I've needed to do these things because I have been upset!
