LOL, I feel bad but whenever I finally get the chance for a bit of me time, I cringe and sigh when I hear my baby or toddler stirring and waking up from a nap. Sorry, kiddies, but mama needs some rest!

Yes, it means I go from me mode to mommy mode. Sometimes I miss having unlimited time to myself, but he's worth it, so it's all good.

You mean like when you are trying to do something crazy like eat, or fold laundry and LO wakes after a 1/2 hour? Or it is 3a.m. and LO wants to sing Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes and she DOES NOT want to sing it alone? Oh, that feeling? I call it, "The Rage That Has No Name."
And for fun, I speak of it in a deep voice.

Yes. Every single time. And given that she takes 1/2 hour naps and has taken 6 of them today, that's a whole lot of "Really????"

I dread even starting nap time. It's a full 45 minute plus process to get her to sleep, if it works, so when she wakes up I pretty much know it's going to start over in an hour. So, yeah.
