I have thought about this in terms of When Harry Met Sally before. Sometimes we drop off/pick each other up, but most of the time he travels for work and I'm working at the same time too so he drives himself.

Usually, unless his flight is super early. In that case his parents take him so we don't have to wake the baby.

Now I usually do (and vice versa)-- we live really close to the airport and have reserved parking, so I will unless it messes with the baby's sleep, in which case he takes a cab. He expenses a cab whether or not I drive him

At our old apartment, we just had street parking, in the city, so it took about the same amount of time to just take public transportation as it would to drive then look for a parking spot!

Not for work related flights, all of the costs goes on the expense report so everything has to be documented anyway. It's easier if we drive ourselves. For personal trips (for weddings or to see family) then yes, we would drive the other person if we have to take a solo trip.

He has never needed to travel without me except for work. If it were a personal trip I would likely drive him if it weren't after LO's bedtime. He's taken me to the airport when I've taken trips to visit family. I love seeing him drive up

My DH always used to pick me up from the bus station when I'd come visit while we were long distance. It was definitely more convenient than having to take another bus to where he lived (especially after already travelling for 6 hours) but it was of course also nice to see him!

He always drove directly to my house when he came to visit me, so I didn't go and meet him anywhere.

So far DH and I have only travelled by plane together.
