i never used to pre-baby. but during pregnancy, i got on a pretty regimented schedule of 3 meals... and bfing only makes my hunger want mooooore food at each of those meals i've stuck with it and most days eat 3 square meals!

I don't eat breakfast every day. I have breakfast at least half the week. I do eat lunch and dinner daily.

Yes. I could never skip breakfast! I also typically have a pre gym snack around 3pm

Lol ditto the 7 meals a day! When I was younger I never really ate breakfast probably because by the time I woke up it would be lunch already, but now that I'm up 7 am most days, I feel like I should eat something. But I'm really not a big breakfast person, it's still the one meal I don't care if I miss

Hahaha multiple meals here too! I've never skipped breakfast ever. I feel sick if I don't eat within a few mins of getting up, whether I am pregnant or not.

I might eat a few bites of something for breakfast. I'll eat lunch. I may or may not eat dinner.

Yes, I actually eat more since I'm losing weight. My trainer makes sure I have healthy snacks so I'm constantly eating. I feel like I did when I was pregnant sometimes.lol

I always eat breakfast and lunch. It's dinner that I tend to skip if I'm going to skip a meal. I snack a lot though.
