I'm always surprised when I hear of people not knowing or who have never tried poutine. Anywhere you get fries, there's almost always an option to make it a poutine.
Do you eat poutine? Have your at least tried it?

OMG I LOVE poutine! In England, we just call it cheesy chips and gravy but I love that Canadians have a posh word for it : )

I used to love it but now I'm vegetarian.
I sometimes make t with vegetarian gravy but it's not the same..

we had a version of these in jersey diners but they were just called cheese fries with gravy. they were my absolute fave!!!

As a Canadian I'm required to love poutine 
. I love the Big Cheese Poutinerie- their smoked meat poutine is the best, it even has grainy mustard!

Yes, love it! Pre-baby, the husband and i used to always go for poutine after a concert.
Funny enough, i remember reading an article about how Quebeckers were mortified that poutine was the unofficial dish of Canada. I'm dying to go to Garde Manger and try his lobster poutine. Yum!!
