We really don't have any here but I used to get the most amazingly delicious food from a Halal truck in Philly. I'm jealous of people who are near taco trucks!

I never have. We don't have a whole lot around here, and their nicknames here are "roach coach". So, not so appetizing. I would totally eat from one from the food network though!

YES. In NYC they are a huge deal, I follow my faves on twitter
There's a food truck court with a rotating schedule by my husband's office, so when I meet him for lunch, that's usually where we go. I also like the old school halal meat trucks too, less fancy though.

In Portland you'd be crazy not to. They're so easy with a toddler, too. We go several times a week.

I've tried them all at least once, but I wouldn't ever purposely go to where they're at to buy food because they're expensive!! A food truck banh mi is $8. Meanwhile, I can get 6 banh mi sandwiches from a banh mi shop for $12!

Love food trucks. I've even eaten a tongue taco from a cart in Tijuana, still one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten.

We love going to food trucks. Went to a lot of them in NYC. Have been to one or two in LA... def plan to hit up more whenever they're nearby. I wouldn't drive far out to try one though.

yes! so yummy. I also follow some on Twitter so I can know where they're going to be. in my work neighborhood there's a pizza truck and a burger & frites truck. one of my favorites is an empanada truck. on halloween there were a bunch of food trucks in the park and we had grilled cheese, tacos, and samosas (3 diff trucks).

I've never eaten from a food truck but I love the idea of them (as long as they meet health code standards!). The Food Network food trucks were in the last city we lived in while we were stationed there. I was in Georgia at the time and missed them. So sad! Hawaii has some food trucks but I haven't experienced them yet.

sometimes. a lot of the food trucks around here are started by hipsters who think it's cool to have a food truck, but don't really care about the food quality/flavor. and it's annoying how expensive some of them can get.
so we try to figure out what the good ones are and will try those.

Yup!! They're a big thing in NYC, my personal fave is one where you design your own ice cream sandwich! Amazing!
