DD hasn't creeped me out yet, but there's certainly time!

LOL. I just went out to eat with a friend of mine that doesn't have kids. My LO was staring at him and he was like, "Is he looking at me?" Then my friend started moving around and LO kept following him with his eyes and this dead serious expression. He was like, "Whoa. Creepy. He is tracking my every move!"

Yes for SURE. when my son was first learning to speak, he had this made-up word (macama) but he would say it in this super creepy growly voice - MACAAAAAAMAAAAAAA and it was like he was summoning the spirits or something. Also he would point to the kitchen and be like, "men." Like, there were men in the kitchen? But there was no one in the kitchen. It was spooky.

This made me laugh!! Haha my LO has a pretty evil glare and it creeps me out!

My LO will be in a dead sleep and will let rip a downright prehistoric-sounding squawk/screech... I am certain it's what pterodactyls sounded like. It terrifies our dogs!

Yes, I had this happen to me twice when DS was barely 2 months old. It was in the middle of the night and I was nursing him. Usually, his eyes are closed while nursing, but on those two occasions, he was side-eyeing me and smiling.....instead of thinking it was adorable, I was seriously creeped out. Must have been a middle-of-the-night delirium thing, plus it was dim - I'm afraid of the dark! Hahaha.

Yep! Especially late at night she has this look...::shudder:: It's not menacing. It's like a knowing smirky smile.

Sometimes, when he's sleeping, he'll open his eyes and they'll have rolled in back of his head. Then he smiles and it totally freaks me out!

our oldest comes into our room at night when he wakes up but instead of waking us up he just stands at the side of our bed silently until we wake up. It scares the crap out of me. I wake up with him right in my face just staring. Then he walks back to bed silently and lays down....... so creepy

@Mrs. Train: My son does this, too! He also walks up behind me in the kitchen in the morning like that.

@Mrs. Train: haha my DD does this too... Stands right by the bed until one of us wakes up and goes to lie down with her. Even though I'm a deep sleeper, I still wake up and it's the creepiest feeling ever.

Both my kids had an "alien" look for a few weeks when they were tiny, and that used to creep me out.. I felt like a bad mommy to be creeped out by my own kid, haha

Ha this is so funny! Sometimes my 7 mo will be dead asleep in the middle of the night. We'll quietly go in to check on her and her eyes will just pop wide open, then close just as quickly! My husband says it's like one of those horror movie trailers!

LOL this is hilarious! When we change or feed LO in the night, we don't turn any lights on but she'll open her eyes super wide because she's trying to see in the dark and the first few times it was seriously freaky!
