I just noticed that I have a bug bite or something on my eyebrow! I don't see any bugs! And I haven't been outside (it's raining..) I just vacuum'd and am lying down bc it wore me out

Never on my face. I tend to get bug bites of unknown origin on my wrists and ankles.
