I thawed salmon last week and refroze it.
Thawed it yesterday and it looked weird so I ended up tossing it.
It was for Lo, wasn't orangey and didnt wanna risk her getting sick.

I'm thawing some tilapia now. Definitely wont be using all of it today, so I need to refreeze half. It's harder to tell if white fish has gone bad ..
Gonna keep an eye on it and refreeze when it's half thawed.
