I have to wipe it down a few times a week...sunscreen, dirt and food particles from her clothes get on the wall.

I stuck a huge piece of contact paper on that wall. And replace it when it gets really nasty.

@banana: Nice....don't you miss it when they didn't move during diaper changes? My toddler is nuts...:-)

My lo still can't move much but, not to be gross, her poop can shoot really far! It hasn't hit the wall yet but it's come close! I'd take food particles over projectile poop :). But i think the changes themselves are easier since she's not mobile.

@autumnlove: eww we probably should. I'm pretty sure it's been peed on a few times!

DD's nursery is pretty small and she has hit the opposite wall twice with her projectile poop. The rest of the time, the jet was intercepted by me, might I add....

All the time, but ours was tile, as the changing table was in the bathroom.

@MrsTiz: She had a full nappy blow out today - while we were out might i add - and had to be cut of her vest because it was too caked in poop to go over her head!

No, not really. Its never been an issue for us. We never had a huge problem with blowouts and neither of us has been directly pooed or peed on (we've both gotten a little on our hands from time to time), so we dont really have the "projectile poop" to deal with.
Plus, she doesnt touch the wall at all.
