I do. My phone is at the shop right now. I miss it.

Nope, but I just have a flip phone
In fact, I don't even know where it is, and it probably needs to be charged.

Yep! Forgot it at home yesterday (along with my book). It suffices to say that it was a shitty day.

Only if I forget it at home for the whole day. I kinda like being without it once in a while. Feels kinda freeing.

Yes. I use it for absolutely everything though -- email, camera, calendar, social media...

Nope. I didn't even get a smart phone until earlier this year and definitely don't need to have it nearby at all times.

Mine was dead all morning (since middle of last night I guess) and I just realized it. So I guess I'm not as attached to it as I thought. Then again, I spend my entire commute reading a Kindle and my workday on a laptop with internet access, so I guess those things kind of take the place of a phone.

Not too bad. I sometimes leave my phone at home to go to work; aside from missing some texts, I can do everything on the computer anyway.

I wish I could say I didn't, but I feel completely naked without my phone. I forgot it at home last weekend when I was going out shopping, and turned around after I was 10 minutes away to go back to get it. Awful!

Yes, I feel like something is missing if I forget it at home but I remind myself that I drove around all of high school without one so I'll be just fine without it.

Unfortunately, yes. I wish I could go back to the days when it would die and I would find it 5 days later.

Actually I do. Being unplugged by choice (I leave it), by mistake (I forgot it) or worse by circumstance (phone's dead) feels a little scary & vulberable.

Yes, but I want to start making more of a habit of ditching it, at least when I'm at home.

I do when I'm at work.
I don't around the house. I've been trying to detach from the phone when at home.

So sad but yes. I don't charge it near my bed at night anymore though. New Years resolution this year is gonna be eyes up and in the moment! I sicken myself sometimes and my hubby is just as bad.

I seriously need a phone intervention. I am always on it for little periods of time (like when a computer program is loading, if DH runs into the kitchen during a commercial, when I'm feeding the baby). It's horrible. I think I should do that resolution too.
