We usually don't. We've had one year where we had less than ten kids come by. The last couple there were probably 30-50,
This year we don't expect much because of the nasty weather forecast. 
DH is secretly giddy about this because he just put up solar lights around our walkway and he doesn't want the kids trampling over them

Last year was our first in the new house and we barely got any. I hope it's because it was our first year. Even in previous years at our old house we barely got any. I don't know why because we decorate and give out good stuff! It makes me sad to see kids walk by our house.

Zilch. Kind of makes me sad. I love seeing the little people in their costumes! I hope when our friends/family/neighbours kids are older we will get a couple.

We get close to 400, it's a madhouse. We're not there the whole time since we take LO out.

@locavore_mama: my ILs don't get any! I think a lot of the kids in their neighborhood haven't gotten older and out of the ToT phase!

We live on a very busy road, so we get maybe 5 each year? There aren't that many houses nearby so I think the kids close by go to other neighborhoods.

We get maybe 20. We live in a huge neighborhood at the top of a hill, so I think kids have plenty of other roads to go through at the bottom of the hill and they don't make it to us.
My parents get 250+ every year - when we were little my mom used to make my brother and I make pit stops at home to empty out the "gross" candy we didn't like (good n plenty, etc) so she could give them out when she ran out of candy.

We get probably 100-150.
My MIL lives in a very popular area, and their neighborhood is told to only give 1 piece of candy to each child. Well this year she gave out 750 pieces of candy!!! Isn't that crazy?!

We get zero, and it makes me sad. Now that we have DS, I'm okay with that because I'll be taking him ToT!! Yay!

Our street is busier and the houses are not as decorated so we don't get much. We mainly just get our neighbors next door. Everyone goes to this one block a couple blocks away because it's more festive. That's where we go as well.

We don't, but a few blocks up our street does. I have to choose to get home early or plan on not getting home until after 9. It's insane.
