Do you throw out or donate your SO's clothes without permission? 
I am so tempted to throw out his ratty T-shirts and worn out boxers and undershirts! He has new stuff that he refuses to wear...sigh!

Dh gets rid of them on his own.

No, he would flip out on me! I let him know when I'm planning to donate some things and he'll go through them himself.

Oh yes, he has 30 bazillion t-shirts and never want to part with any of them ever. He also wears his underware to the point of just being a waistband. I throw stuff out, he never notices.

Yes! Or he would never get rid of stuff. I will occasionally toss nasty undershirts or ratty boxers w/out telling him (but I also buy new ones). Once I did a major cleanout of horrible shirts, put them in 2 trashbags and hid them in the back of his closet. After he never once noticed any of it gone, I got rid of them!

He doesn't wear them in public so I don't bother.
