Like if you've been trying to lose weight and hit your goal - how do you reward yourself?
I'm still way off from my goal, but if I ever reach my goal weight, I will splurge on a pair of Citizens of Humanity or Hudson jeans. I've never owned a pair of designer jeans before - but I've tried them on in stores and they feel amazing. But I need to reach my goal!
For the longest time I rewarded myself with food, but it was a really negative cycle and finally stopped doing it.
