I have been to a casino twice in my life, and both times I didn't really care for it. Maybe because I lost all my money? It's just not something I enjoy I suppose. DH's parents go often though and they really have a lot of fun. Do you go to casinos?

I have never been to a casino, however I did put 5 bucks in a VLT and lost it immediately.
Gambling is totally not my thing and I really don't enjoy it. I know people who do and that's great but it's not for me or my husband!

It's not my thing. I tried slot machines on a cruise once and was so confused!

I do! Just for fun though, I fully expect to lose whatever I spend playing the games. My bets are minimal. My friends and I dress up and get drinks/dinner.

Yes, but I don't always gamble. If I do, I have a limit so if I lose all my money, I have no problem walking away. If I'm up, I set aside the money I used to buy myself in and play with "winnings" only. Normally, I just watch the hubby play though.

We have gone a couple of times. I hate loosing money. I would much rather shop. A least then I have something to show for my money loss. We stop in Vegas on our way out to Utah. So we still go to casinos technically but Vegas is way different with four little ones with you.

I don't enjoy gambling and have never played a game at a casino, but, most of them have pretty good food. Also, DH and I've gone to Reno a few times. We end up catching a show and enjoying the food. No gambling needed.

Nope. It bores me. Hubs likes to go when we are on vacation. Our rule is if he's in a casino I need to be in a spa ; )

Yup! We love going. DH is getting more into sports betting but we usually play blackjack when we go. The last two years we have gone to Lake Tahoe for the superbowl, his bets paid for our entire trip! We always seem to even out. One day I might lose but the next day I will win. We always go in with a set amount though and never gamble more than that.

sometimes! we don't have any here, so if we go somewhere where they have one (Vegas, Niagara Falls) we will go. We don't spend much money though, I had losing $40 when I could have just bought myself something instead!

actually pretty often, but not always to gamble - a lot of times for dinner or nights out - we're only about 15 minutes outside of atlantic city, so it's an easy date night or going out place with the girls
when i do gamble, its a lot of penny slot action

We have a ton of casinos around here! DH is a table games dealer at one of them. We used to go all the time before LO but now only once in awhile! I think they're fun, but it sucks losing money lol.

When we lived near the casinos, before we had kids, we'd occasionally go play roulette on Sunday afternoons. Once the kids were born we stopped, mainly because I can't stand smelling like smoke.

I don't mind casinos but I think they are super boring, probably because I don't really know how to play any of the games and so it's not really that much fun for me. We have friends who are really good at poker and play online and pay for trips that way. That I'm a little jealous of!

I love playing slots! I've gone to a lot of casinos and have never lost. Granted, I don't always come out ahead but I have at least broke even and had some fun. The first time I went to a casino I won $800 on a $0.10 slot machine... been hooked ever since! Haven't been to one in over a year but now this has me thinking...

This is something we enjoy doing on a special night. We will go to dinner and go to the casino with a set amount of money (fully expecting to lose it.) WE are actually planning on doing it for my birthday in April with a group of friends! Get a room and just let lose and have fun!

Yes but only when we're in Vegas. Usually once or twice a year. I only play blackjack. DH likes craps.

Ugh. No. Casinos are pretty much everything I hate in life: lots of people, loud noises, excessive drinking/smoking, and losing money. Boo. I also have zero idea whatsoever what I'm doing (slots/cards/etc.), but whatever. I will say that I enjoy the sparkles and flashing lights...

The casino in our area attracts some pretty good shows to their theater so we will go and see the show (Tony Bennett in February!! Woot!!). I gambled a little while I was in Vegas but not a ton. I do love to people watch though.

We have a casino a few minutes away and we never go. If I'm going to throw away my money, I'd rather just go to the mall. With that said, we are planning a trip to Vegas this year so obviously casinos will be involved. You can't really go to Vegas and not gamble, right?

We've gone a few times and only plan to spend a bit when we go. Surprisingly, we've made out ahead every time we've gone so far!
