if you fall asleep on the couch?

I've been falling asleep on the couch a lot recently and usually have NO energy to get upstairs.

I think the other night I went up at 530am.... but spent most of th enight on the couch.

Can't stay awake through nighttime tv shows...but it's been so hot out that it's cooler to stay downstairs til sleepytime!
