Oh yeah! I try really hard to get the cards out within a month but I always forget.

Yes. I try to do them immediately after the party when I'm going through the gifts to put then away. Easier before LO, but I'm still pretty quick.

I am really late with thank you cards. I think it's the thought and effort that counts, not how quickly I can send it out.

I tell myself I can't use something until I've written the thank you card for it! I wrote the 60 thank you cards from our baby shower over 4 days, and after our daughter was born I got most cards out within 2-3 days of receiving the gift.

I'm extremely OCD about thank you notes, so I tend to get them done within a week or so of receiving the gift.

For our wedding gifts I did them all within a week of receiving the gift, I was awesome. Baby gifts I am SO BAD about it.. like a month goes by. I'm just too tired.
