Loooove my LV Sarah wallet. I've been using it daily for 6.5 years and it still looks brand new. 10 credit card slots, 2 wide pockets separated by a zippered pocket so it's easy to get things in and out of it.

I second @smurfette - my kate spade wallet which is much like the one she suggested, is the best wallet I've ever owned. I too love the way it zips closed and fits lots of cards and bills. I've been using it for over a year and it is still in beautiful condition.

@Torchwood: haha...my last one was from Sea World and had a little cartoon whale on it so I am open to a lot. @Smurfette: Kate spade makes some pretty wallets@PurplePumps: wow, I got excited abt the longevity but not the price. Maybe I will win one of those in a lottery. I was wondering how those zippers work out. Seems like a lot of people like them but it seems like an extra step to get to your money. @swedishfish: I have never heard of that brand ...I will check that company out. Ok off to Coach outlet with a gift card burning a hole in my pocket. Wish me luck. I will def check the thread when I go through my buyer's remorse.

I am looking at all these great wallets you suggested. Thank you so much, Bees. I just got a Coach Darcy at the outlet ($40 with a gift card and half off sale) and I am not absolutely sure I will keep it. I have never bought a high quality wallet before. Once I was gifted a coach ( totally different style) and it lasted for years! The one I just got looks kind of iffy but it was the best they had right now.

I have an lv epi leather wallet that I love. For me the most important functions are length (I dont like tge ones that fold in half because the wallet tends to bulge), snap or anything other than zipper closure, a change compartment, and lots of card slots! And I prefer leather over fabric!

The wallet that I'm using is a gift from an old co-worker/sweetest social studies teacher ever. I was only going to use it temporarily until I found a new wallet, but I fell in love with it.
I can't find it online and I don't know who makes it, so I'll try to describe it. It's a long, thin, one button, checkbook style wallet. I love it because there's 2 zippers and 2 pockets that share the same space (back to back), so it's not bulky. It also has a lot of places for cards. It's made with fabric, an embroidered brocade material.

Love my KS Stacy wallet -- it's thinner than the Lacey so I can fit it in my MJ cross-body with no problem.
Though actually I love the size and style, so I'll go for another longer trifold like this next time I need one.
