We are getting one as soon as baby is here. DH contacted a friend yesterday that is a lawyer and he is going to draw it up for us. We have decided who to ask to be a guardian in case something happens to both of us. We just need to ask them about it.

DH already has a really good life insurance policy. I have a small one, so we are getting quotes on a better one for me. Then we both have one through work as well.

We had a lawyer write up a guardianship will for us, along with power of attorney. DH has life insurance, I do not.

We wrote it so that she receives $ for certain things like graduating high school, college expenses, graduating college, a wedding, and certain sums at certain ages.
