I have an infant car seat, diaper genie and newborn diapers sitting in my Amazon cart.
Also, just a few items from Ikea to get an idea of what I need before I go next weekend. A dresser for E, nightstand for B and a bookcase for both of them, nothing exciting.

@HLK208: I had it on my "gift idea" list and found out they were realizing more pizza inventory at 4pm CST ( Do you hear how crazy I sound?!). THIS is my Valentine's day and I CANNOT wait (the pizza, not the 11"... teehee)... I'm drooling.

I bit the bullet and bought the bed shirt I had in my cart on Joss and Main. Totally not a necessity. Also bought the genetic firm of Domperidone a little bit ago. So I guess technically, no, I don't, but an hour ago I did!

I have a rug for the nursery at Zinc Door that I can't seem to pull the trigger on. Can't decide if it goes well enough or TOO well with the curtains we have hanging...I also probably have a few things in my Old Navy/Gap cart, too.

Gap and Etsy! I always have a few things at Gap and sometimes will pull the trigger when a good sale comes on. Etsy I am trying to decide if I should spend $30 (After shipping) on a onesie for babe to wear home from the hospital. haha
