I have 4 ripe avocados, so I'm gonna make guacamole. Haha. 
I might have to go out and eat a torta or something too.

I am going to "Battle of the Taco Trucks."
All the taco trucks in our city gather in one area and there is a "taco off." Whoever has the most votes for the best tacos wins!

My friend's birthday is on the 7th, so we are going out to lunch at a Mexican restaurant on the 5th to celebrate.

We are doing nothing. And we live in Mexico! It's kind of no big whoop here. Although any excuse for good food works for me.

We have day one of our weekend intensive birthing class on Saturday AND it's Kentucky Derby day so....we'll probably come home from the class, I'll make guacamole and we'll watch a horse race.

My nephew's birthday is on Cinco de Mayo (he's turning 5!), but he's having a low key family get together so we'll drive out to East Texas to celebrate.

We will be at the Royals vs Yankees baseball game in Kansas City, however nothing that will really relate to Cinco de May...maybe DH will have a Corona to celebrate

Haha it will be my 30th! With the uncertainty of our LO's arrival we decided we'll just have a quiet dinner at home. My mon's here, ILs will be here, our good friends will be here.
And the best 30th birthday present ever... Baby M!!! -
