My eyes are -4.00 in each eye. :T It's such a pain in the butt having bad eyes. Considering Lasik, but not sure I want to do it yet.
How bad/good are your eyes?

Hubs and I both sport glasses full-time, but my eyes are slightly better than his. We joke that any of our kids are going to be tall, blond, and blind.

Terrible!
I was born with glaucoma and cataracts and am nearsighted. I had glaucoma repaired by surgery at 8 weeks old, then my contacts were -8.00 until last year!!! Then, I got cataracts surgery which got rid of the cataracts but now I'm farsighted as a result of the lens replacement surgery. Now I only need -1.0 for far away, but probably more like a -4.0 for up close. It's crazy!

I have astigmatism (is that how you spell it?) in both eyes so I have horrible distance vision. I can't tell how far away something else, which is why I have dents all over my bumpers (oops!). I hope my LO doesn't inherit my horrible vision!

-4.75 and -4.5 (left eye/right eye) and the hubs is even worse! We joked that LO would come out into the world already wearing glasses. Since giving birth, my eyes have gotten worse but I'm holding off getting them checked until this summer before I go back to work. I want Lasik but I'm too scared.

I had pretty bad eyes. I actually don't know what my prescription was though. I had Lasik done a little over a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made (and I'm really squeamish with my eyes). I could never wear contacts so I was so glad to get rid of my glasses!

My right eye is worst and I have astigmatism!

I had perfect eyes until I had a job that had me sit on the computer every day. I had to get my first glasses at 25, and I was very upset about it. Now they go on and off, usually if my migraines are bad so are my eyes.
Hubby and I both have geeky glasses, so we go good together.

They're bad enough to need glasses full-time, but they're not awful. I also have really dry eyes, so they get red and itchy really easily.

My eyes are perfect but I have moderate hearing loss... we're hoping our kids get my sight and DH's hearing, because his eyes are terrible.

-4.25 in both eyes, have worn glasses since Kindergarten. Hubs is even worse, -8,6 and had had surgery on both eyes for detached retina's... our kids are destined for poor vision!!!

I haven't had my eyes checked in ages. I've never had glasses, but I think I may need them. Years and years of working in front of a computer every day has made my vision terrible.

I am not exactly sure what the numbers are but my eyes are definitely not perfect and one of my eyes is worse than the other.

I have really bad eyes. Without contacts or glasses, I really can't see anything. DH makes fun of me all the time because I can't see. Hopefully, LO inherits DH's perfect eyesight.

-1.25 in my left eye and -1.5 in my right. I wear glasses/contacts all the time, even though my vision isn't too horrible. My husband is hovers around -4.0 ish. I had laser eye surgery to repair a retinal tear in my right eye, and it was so super painful. It turned me off from ever getting lasik, even though it's a very different procedure.

My left eye is -1.25 and my right is -0.5. I wear contacts but can see without them. When I don't wear them I get a headache.

used to be horrible. like -10 or something horrible. now, it's about like a -1.5 or -2. with lasik. my eyes getting worse because i'm always staring at the computer.

I don't remember, I just know that DH and I both have really good eyes. I'm thankful for it and hope to pass the trait down to our kids.

I got LASIK but they were bad before and I had an astigmatism.

My eyes are horrible. I feel like the only farsighted person on the planet.
my eyes are +6 on one side and +4.5 on the other

My eyes were so bad (-8.00)...but then I got Lasik and now I can see perfectly! Getting Lasik before having a baby was one of the best decisions ever...I could not imagine waking up for the middle of the night feedings and struggling with my glasses or contacts. My husband has perfect eyes so I'm really hoping our kids take after him.

My right eye is the worst, it's -2.75 and I have astigmatism in my left eye, but it's only at -2.25. My Mom's are in the -5.00 range and I know mine will probably get there. They have been progessively getting worse since I was 12.
FI has 20/20 vision. What a jerk. Lol

IDR how bad DH's are, but I know every time he goes in (every 6 months to a year depending on if he needs glasses/contacts) they get worse. I have 20/20. So hopefully the baby will have my eye sight since bad eye sight runs in the family.
