I have had so little energy lately. I get an ok amount of sleep. Could be better but not bad. My eating could be better but not too bad. I don't exercise so I obviously need to do that.

I just feel so tired every day and like I want to take a nap every day even if I get enough sleep. Maybe it's just the daily grind of working and having two kids?

Do you have very low energy? What do you think is the cause?

ps - i started taking a multivitamin and vitamin d supplements but it hasn't helped.
