A friend of mine had no idea what they are (she's pregnant with her third!). I was so surprised! My oldest was/is obsessed with those weird YouTube toy videos. Every time at Target they try to slip some blind bags into the cart, lol.
I totally use them for bribery or sticker chart rewards! And they'll be good stocking stuffers too.

Oh yea, we are also obsessed with weird unboxing/toy surprise youtube videos. They will be featured heavily as stocking stuffers.
They are bags with small toys in them. Usually there is a theme to them (Lego, shopkins, transformers, superheroes, princess). There are some in the toy aisles at Target, and also by the trading cards.

I've only heard of them on HelloBee. My kids are 4 and 2.5, and no one we know is into them (or has ever mentioned them). I intentionally looked for them at our Target after hearing about them, and saw very few. Our local upscale toy stores uses mystery bags (with several toys) to get rid of excess merchandise, but those are just "girl" or "boy", not any specific theme.

Yes! We have ones from Shopkins, Care Bears, Palace Pets and now we've moved on to blind acorns from Lil Woodzeez.

Nope. A random little toy to get stepped on or eaten by DS2 doesn't sound appealing to me either so I don't think I'll introduce it.

yep. and i have a feeling that many moms have seen them or given them without knowing the name! i thought they were like a big to do, but they're just hanging up next to the other toys in the same theme.
