No idea but the LO I used to nanny used to eat that exact same pouch flavor so I have heard of it. That's the extent of my knowledge lol

It's a whole grain. I've used it in homemade veggie burgers and as a side but it's not my fav.
It's mostly used for bird food

Yeah, it's a grain. It's not one of my faves, but DD did like that flavor pouch.

In my mind millet=bird seed, since we used to use it for my dad's birds. I know it is much more than that, but that's the association I have

It's a whole grain, tastes pretty neutral on its own. Kind of like couscous? I believe it's indigenous to Africa, where it's a staple. I like it as a breakfast hot cereal.

Yes! I really enjoy millet. DH hates it so I don't use it as much as I would like though. I would like to try and make millet bread - I've heard it's yummy!
