I'll do both. When I'm in savage mode I'll lick my fingers.
When we're eating with people, I'll make a conscious effort to use my napkin.

Depends what's on them. I hate when there's people there and it's something I really want to lick.... but I don't want to be rude so I wipe it off.

I'll lick them when I'm at home and it's just me and DH, but when I am out I try to be a lady and use my napkin!

In front of others, I always use a napkin. But at home, if it's yummy sauce or something, I will lick and then use the napkin. No sense in wasting good marinade!

Depends on what's on my finger. Leftover salt from fries/tators or something spicy - napkin. Something sweet and tangy - LICK!

Depends on what I'm eating and what else I'm doing at the time. If I'm eating and using my phone/computer/remote then I always wipe. I very rarely lick unless it's something like chocolate and even then I usually lick then wipe.

Like @mrsjyw, it depends whether the substance in question is cheetos dust.
Usually I use a napkin, but if it's just me and my husband, I will unabashedly lick my fingers.
