I love this 1 Indian buffet in my city - so yummy and its awesome to be able to eat a bit of everything.

Not usually. I feel like the food is usually subpar and I wind up eating more than I need to.

I love brunch buffets, like in Las Vegas!
And AYCE Indian food, mmmm.

@MoonMoon: yes I love Vegas brunch buffets too! The ones in my city aren't very good.

Love Korean BBQ ones but I can't eat that much! I'm over the sushi ones.

@Mrsjets: we don't even have any brunch buffets in my city that I know of...and we're really far away from Vegas, alas!

Yes--though I wish they weren't so expensive, because I never can eat my moneys worth!

No the food is usually mediocre at best and normal restaurant portions are already plenty big.

Of course! But it has to be clean and the food fresh. Some all you can eat - oh boy... would never go back ever again!

Yes because I like the variety I can get, but hate that I don't eat my monies worth.

Depends on the type. Typical 'Canadian/American' buffets, I'm not crazy about. But all-you-can-eat sushi? Yes please.

@snowjewelz: which ones are good? Have you been to Nori Nori (sushi) in flushing? It's really really good!!!

Here a meal at McDonald's costs $10-12 bucks, so paying $15 for better food and as much as you want us worth it!

@locavore_mama: I haven't tried that! I've been to all the sushi village/palace, etc. Been to River. I think I'm just kinda tired of the mostly sushi buffets. We liked The Buffet in College Point, it has a lot of varieties & the space is nice. My fav is definitely BBQ Village though for Korean!

@snowjewelz: NoriNori is very different! Much more of a upscale décor. Lots of different sushi rolls, lots of specialty rolls and teppan yaki stuff as well.
Where is BBQ Village?

Not really. The only ones I've ever been to are buffets (which, no. Unless it is vegas I guess) or Mongolian bbq, which I don't like because they kill the veggies. I'd keep an open mind to other types, but I've just never been a fan of any one I've been to.

@locavore_mama: I will have to check that out then! These days though I really try not to go to Flushing... It's so crowded! I even switched my usual hair salon b/c I don't want to deal w/ the traffic & parking there!
