Today was the second time I ordere icecream from them and it was gross!! Firstly the lady didnt even know how to create the items on the menu, I had to teach her how to make a parfait, but the softserve was disgusting, the color looked suspect and it had a weird smell to it. I dont know if its just the location but ugh, I am no longer buying icecream from them. I bought icecream from them once bfore and it was ok but so flavor of the mint icecream was so fake and too sweet.

I don't have anything against BR, but ours is combined with a Dunkin Donuts and I would never choose ice cream over donuts! Bummer that yours is crappy! Employees can really make or break a place (our Papa Murphy's people can never find the ingredients I want, even though they're listed on the menu).

Now that I think about it, our DD people seem to have trouble ringing stuff up (like if you want flavoring in your coffee)--maybe they just don't do a good job of training people.

They have the best ice cream caked hands down. A layer of cake then a layer of ice cream. Yum.

They aren't my favorite ice cream place but I really like their Daquiri Ice flavor.
