I'm not a duck fan, but I'll eat peking duck!

I love duck. I don't know if it's peking or not. I get it at the asian market. I did get fresh duck at the store but it did not turn out well when I cooked it. That's why I just buy it.

I love Peking duck. We just got a duck breast in our meat CSA and I've been looking up recipes. I've never actually cooked duck by myself before.

@chopsuey119: I love getting the meat csa. Today we got - lamb chops, ground beef, a duck breast, a whole trout, a sirloin roast, bacon, and some quail eggs. It makes cooking more of an adventure.

Yummy duck! My favorite is crispy duck with hoisin sauce and cucumber strips on a rice "pancake".

I'm all about duck. A food truck in our city makes fries that they fry in duck fat- yummo!

I luuuuuv duck, both when prepared Asian style and also at non-Asian restaurants (usually fancy places that serve seared duck breast). Yummmy!

I've only eaten it in restaurants and I've really liked it there. Don't think I'm brave enough to try making one though.

I love duck. The last time I had it it was a confit served with roasted pears. Yum!
