I drink it every morning over ice. It's one of the few things I drink. I can't stand coffee or really most hot beverages.

I love green tea. I currently buy the Kirkland's brand in bulk (at Costco or Amazon).. They are the besssssst! So much matcha green tea powder in each tea packet. I was surprised Kirkland's was so yummy - it tastes like Japanese restaurant style. We put a few tea bags in a large pitcher filled with water and keep in the fridge during summer days. So refreshing.
Eta: love green tea kit kats too. It has a strong matcha taste. In Japan they already have the passion fruit flavor kit kats but I haven't seen them stateside yet!

I love the iced mint green tea at Cheesecake Factory! The green tea kit kats are pretty good, but I like green tea ice cream better.

I find that regular green tea has a worse caffeine effect in me than coffee. It makes me want to jump out if my skin! But I do like green tea ice cream.

I love green tea lattes. I like regular green teas...well, all teas, in general but iced green tea lattes are so good.
What are these kit kats that you guys talk about? Sounds kinda gross but considering I'm on a green tea kick, I'll try them if I had the chance.

I love green tea! Like the actual tea. I also love variations like Genmaicha. And I like green tea ice cream!

usually if it's mixed with something. like, iced green tea with honey or mint. or I use a keurig and loooove the Bigelow brand green tea with pomegranate (though I've also gotten the Celestial Seasonings one and hated it)

@ladybee: I never asked if it was safe, but anecdotally, I drank a cup of loose green tea every morning for a lot of my pregnancy instead of my usual coffee and never had any problems. It does have some caffeine. I grabbed this comparison from the Mayo Clinic's website:
Brewed tea:
Black tea -- 8 oz. (240 mL) -- 14-61 mg
Green tea -- 8 oz. (240 mL) -- 24-40 mgCoffee:
Generic brewed -- 8 oz. (240 mL) -- 95-200 mg

Not really. I tried to like it, but always end up masking the flavor in honey and lemon. Iced Green Tea isn't bad, but that is already served super sweet.

@ladybee: It is safe... just watch the caffeine! A cup of matcha has almost as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.

I loooove green tea. I drink a ton of it every day. I have a giant stash of loose green tea leaves that I got when we visited a tea plantation on honeymoon in Thailand. Yum.
