I picked up some Thai Coconut Curry hummus the other day.. SO GOOD!
Eating it with some simply naked Stacy's..

That sounds amazing! There's this Greek restaurant in our town that makes incredible hummus. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

I LOVE homemade hummus. I make it so it's chunky. Just olive oil, garlic, chickpeas, and a splash of lemon juice. Something about the chunky texture just makes me want to dip a bunch of crisps into it. The thai coconut one sounds great!

@blackbird: do you just use canned chickpeas? I should make my own hummus. I love smooth hummus though, the smoother/creamier the better!

wow can you tell i still havent had coffee...i thought the title of the post said "Do you like humans?"...LOL, most days yes...
but getting back to the hummus, its growing on me DH loves it...so i like it with pita chips...

I love hummus! I've been planning to make my own (I even bought all the ingredients) but I just haven't gotten around to it.

Nooo, I look at it and can't even bring myself to try it because it it looks weird to me... the grey/brown color, the grainy texture. Not to mention I DON'T like chick peas, and I know these are ground up chickpeas.

Oooh, I absolutely LOVE hummus! Roasted red pepper is my fav, but I love all varieties.

nope, but in all fairness, i've never actually eaten it! i get it in my head that i don't like certain foods, and then i won't try them, it's a very bad habit!

Mmm yes, I love hummus. I used to buy jalapeno hummus but my grocery store stopped carrying it. It was so good though!
