Yesssss, fun fact, a lot of the filberts are from Oregon. I grew up on that stuff in Germany as a kid. I think I'll go have a spoonful now

Yes, but only the one imported from Europe. It's manufactured differently and tastes so much better!!
persimmon / 1404 posts
Yes. I can't buy it because I will sit there and eat the whole damn jar!

YES! Buuttt...."like" definitely isn't a strong enough word for how I feel!

Yes. Has anyone had those Nutella snack size containers that come with the crackers? I always run out of crackers but really could lick it clean with my tongue if it wasn't frowned upon...

@fancyfunction: exactly. I'm so glad I have an Italian specialty store nearby that sells the import version!

I lovvvvvveeee it. Despite all the hostel traveling I did in my 20's where the "breakfast" was just some hard bread and nutella, it didn't dampen my enthusiasm at all.

I can honestly say I've never tried it....I think that makes me in the super minority! ha

@PurplePeony: Yes, me too!! I had it in Italy, then bought some at the grocery store when I came home and it tasted so different! So now I only get it at the specialty shops.

so much! I love eating it with salty pretzel thins or baking it inside a crescent roll. I've also made panacotta with it. so yummy.

Love it. I actually never had it until about a year and a half ago, and then I had it in that half greek yogurt, half Nutella fruit dip. I got hooked!

I eat that stuff with a spoon. YUMMMMM
Though, to be honest, I actually prefer my local grocery store's off brand.

@.twist.: well, in some circles, I guess. If you hang out with me, I wouldn't frown at you. I'd join you (with my own go-cup).

Love love love! My most recent discovery is slathering it on challah slices, stick some strawberries on it and make a panini! Sooo delicious.
cantaloupe / 6171 posts
Yum!! We never buy it because that'd be dangerous to have at home though, it'd be gone so fast
GOLD / wonderful apricot / 22646 posts
I've only had it once or twice. I didn't go nuts over it, but I didn't dislike it either!
persimmon / 1458 posts
@fancyfunction: wait what? Where do you get this? Because that sounds amazing............
blogger / wonderful cherry / 21616 posts
I do! I love hazelnuts and chocolate, so the two together is a pretty divine invention. I don't eat it very often though. I have bought the trader joes version and it's sooooo good
grapefruit / 4085 posts
@Canoli: I get it at Italian specialty stores - like an Italian deli or pasta shop. It really does taste so much better!!
