I used to eat them a ton in elementary school. I haven't had them since, but I just may go see if my neighbor's tree has one I can eat to celebrate becoming a pomegranate with THIS POST!!

I LOVE them. But they are SO.MUCH.WORK. Back home there was a farmers market that would sell the fresh seeds and you could just dig in with a spoon! I miss it so much.

It's been a long time since I've had one. I do see them in the store but haven't felt the need to buy one. Maybe the next time I see them, I'll buy one.
Maybe I can make a nice pomegranate dressing out of them.

Yes, love them. Costco sells packages of fresh pomegranate seeds, and they are sooo yummy (and much easier than doing it yourself).
