I love it and was going to buy a few bottles as gifts but wondering if I should stick with regular wine instead. Thoughts?

Yes! Bubbles are always the answer. Even if people do not regularly drink it, I think a bottle is nice to have around on special occasions.

I think it's a love it or hate it kind of thing. I wouldn't give it to someone unless I knew they liked it. DH and I would both prefer a red to any white (sparkling or not)

I love it. I'm not big on champagne, but prosecco just tastes better to me.

I love it but the only thing is that you have to finish the whole thing in one sitting. So I have a few bottles people have gotten me as gifts just because I don't usually have someone to split it with me! Maybe I'll make mimosas this weekend

This is why i don't gift wine (red, white, sparkling, etc)...instead I prefer to gift something like Lillet or St. Germain.

@Mamaof2: I love St. Germain! It's a liqueur that's really good in a variety of cocktails. Plus the bottle looks pretty so it's good for holiday gifts, haha.
Although I also love Prosecco so...I'm no help.

I love prosecco and it just feels so festive. You could get a pretty inexpensive bottle at trader joes! I also love Lillet, and I don't remember if I like st. germain, but the bottle is so beautiful it makes a nice gift as well.

Mmmm St Germain is delicious
I would drink prosecco but it's not my favorite. I like sparkling white wines that are sweeter. I think it's hard to do wine that is a one-size-fits-all

Yes! I had it at my wedding (I'm normally a red wine girl) and get it for New Years instead of champagne.

Yes! I love it and have a champagne saver top that keeps the bubbles in. Can't wait for this pregnancy to be over so I can enjoy some again.

Definitely love a good prosecco but I hate sweet ones, I only like the brut ones.
