I love beef stroganoff over egg noodles but DH prefers rice.
Do you like stroganoff? What do you eat it over? I might try to eat it over some cauliflower tonight!

I've never tried a good Stroganoff!
But I prefer it over rice. Not a thick noodle fan.
Unless it's Chow fun of Pad see ew noodles..

Yep! One of DH's favorites and we just had it Sunday night. I always do it over egg noodles. I never asked him if he would prefer rice, opps! I guess he is ok with the noodles since he never says anything.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: my brother never drained the beef grease so ours was usually orange and we made some pretty revolting comments about it.

I've only ever had it over egg noodles. I only like it homemade, though. With real cream and real mushrooms...it's good that way!

Looooooove it and love it over wide egg noodles! Hubs isn't a fan of meat + noodles (unless is spaghetti bolognese or lasagna or some other meat "sauce"... not whole pieces of meat).

I like it with egg noodles! I wouldn't have thought to put it on anything else. I love noodles with everything, though.

I don't eat meat so no, but my husband has been begging me to make it soon. He likes it over noodles - which is good because I am having a major egg noodle moment.

I don't really like cream sauce so not really. I guess I would like it if it wasn't creamy.

Love it. I make it over noodles. I'm eating leftover "fake" stroganoff for dinner tonight. It's ground beef, Velveeta, and cream of mushroom soup over egg noodles. So unhealthy, but a definite comfort food!

I love it, but we don’t make it with cream of mushroom soup and lots of liquids like a lot of people do. It’s just thinly sliced meat, caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms over egg noodles with a big dollop of sour cream on top. Yum!
