I had never heard of them before hellobee, and now I see all sorts of cute bento boxes on pinterest too. LO is too little for them, she's just starting finger foods. But I am looking forward to the day when I can start making them!

We're lucky to get both girls dressed, fed, out the door, down for naps and bathed at night. We're operating on a shoestring of time... but I have fantasies of doing it when Lala is in school!

I started packing Wagon Jr.'s lunch long before I heard of bento style lunches... but his lunch is pretty bento style. I should feature it in a blog post one day. Basically every day it's this:
1 tupperware of ham cubes, veggie pasta, and chunks of cheese
1 tupperware of cut up fruit (apples or grapes)
1 pouch of applesauce
1 baggie of snack (goldfish, animal crackers, graham crackers, or breakfast fruit bar)
1 banana
Sippy of water

@artbee: ok I'll do one tonight! I have been so light on posting anyway... it's pretty boring but since I pack his lunch every night it shouldn't be too hard! haha.

@mrs. wagon: I think it's nice to hear different lunch ideas! We're not at that stage yet.... but I'm a planner so I still love to hear it!

@Mrs. Jacks: Lol, me too! If both kids get fed, it's a pretty good day. But I hope I have tiome for them one day; they're so cute!

We basically feed him bento-style lunches and dinner every day. I'll keep giving him certain veggies or foods that he doesn't normally eat in small portions and a lot of times, he ends up eating it! Portion-sized meals are the best!

Not yet! I have no idea if I'll ever be able to pack her bentos. Maybe in about 4 years when she's in school.

@cupcakemama: I feel like I should start buying supplies now, then I'll be more motivated to use them.
