I don't right now. Everyone is younger or the same age as me.
I have in the past and some people were really difficult to work with.

I did when our department was larger. Managing older guys was difficult sometimes.

Even though I am a manager, I don't manage anybody.
Everybody that DH manages is older than him, some by 3-4 decades.

Yes, I started as a manager right out of college and so almost everyone was older than me.

Not currently. I'm one of the oldest where I work (and I'm in my late 20s!). When I first started this job the woman who managed me was 6 months younger than me, but she acted waaaaay older - I thought she was at least 7 years older than she was. When she found out I was older she was really bothered by it - it was very strange. I didn't think much of it since it was just six months.

I don' really "manage" anyone, but I am the boss's wife and so when he's out and they start goofing off I sometimes have to nicely tell them to get back to work.
All but one of my co-workers is older than I am, but not by much. We're talking like 4 years older max lol. Everyone who works for this company is younger than 30.

I used to. I was the manager and every single employee was older than me. One by 17 years!

One but he acts younger.
I used to manage quite a few people who were older than me, then we did a bit of a house cleaning and all those people went away...

Yes, a few that are significantly older than me. And I find they are the easiest to manage! It's all these damn kids that are hard to manage!

Not at the moment. I managed someone 20 years older than me when I was 17. That was a tense relationship.

My students are mostly older than me!
Some of the ones that are in my same age range try to Facebook friend me. Weird.
